But I likewise desired pasta, just since I’ve been craving it.

So I made a decision to make pasta with a Mexican twist – Refried Bean Pasta!

I boiled a cup of whole wheat pasta till al dente. Then, stirred it in with 1/2 cup of canned refried beans (don’t tell my Grams I eat canned). Finally, I added a few huge spoon-fuls of salsa as well as wa-la!

I poured it on a large salad with embarrassing amounts of guacamole.

Dessert was this YoGreek yogurt I got at the Expo this weekend.

I like that it includes granola! But, I added some a lot more since I like like granola a great deal A LOT. Intuitive eating stuff: I overdid it on lunch a bit since I’m excessively full now. I believe this is partly since I didn’t eat sufficient before as well as felt excessively hungry going into lunch.
